When I was creating this patterns, my idea was to make a long corset pattern that has a lot of room for adjustments and playing with the shaping of the bottom edge.
! Pattern has been updated to include a pattern envelope containing measuring instructions, new size charts as well as easy printing instructions.
You can make as many and sell as many corsets by using this pattern.
Measurements and sizes:
Pattern is originally drafted using Metric values!
Imperial values have been converted and rounded up, making the values in Inches approximations.
All circumference heights are clearly marked on all pattern pieces making it easier for you to adjust.

How was the example Midbust corset Tesa made?
Example corset I’ve made to showcase pattern Tesa is made in a single layer construction method with external boning channels.
Strength layer is black and purple spot broche coutil. Purple dyed herringbone coutil is used for boning channels and bias tape on edges. Hips have been cut and are made from black heavy power mesh.
Boning is a mix of 5mm flat and spiral steel. Busk used in the front is standard narrow steel busk in black. Grommets are silver and two part with internal diameter of 4mm.
Many different types of corset construction can be applied to midbust corset pattern TESA, it is purely a question of preference!
